Strategy artifacts generally include summary information about different aspects of projects. They usually are strategic documents or documents with business purposes.
They are a part of the models, methods and artifacts section. Strategy artifacts often include comprehensive, general information on different areas of a project. They are documents used with purposeful objectives, or documents containing summaries of an undertaking.
In most cases, strategy artifacts are prepared in the pre-project phase and remain the same throughout the project. However; even within formal change procedures, strategy artifacts can change. These are some of the most common project strategy artifacts, but they are not limited to them;
